Purchase Terms

Thank you for choosing Ash Robin Academy. These Terms of Purchase (“Terms”) set out the agreement between you (“Purchaser”, “you”, “your”) and Ash Robin Academy (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”) when you purchase or access our digital products, courses, templates, memberships, or related services (“Products”).

By clicking “Buy Now,” “Add to Cart,” submitting payment, or otherwise accessing our Products, you agree to be bound by these Terms together with our Website Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

1. Scope of Products
Our Products include but are not limited to: digital downloads, templates, online courses, coaching or consulting services, workshops, and group programs.

2. Delivery of Products
Upon receipt of payment, Products will be delivered as outlined at the time of purchase (for example, by download link, email access, or login credentials). If the Product is offered on a presale or pre-order basis, delivery will occur in line with the published schedule.

3. Educational Disclaimer
All Products are provided for educational and informational purposes only. They are not professional legal, financial, medical, or other regulated advice. You are responsible for how you use the information. We make no guarantees of specific results or business outcomes.

4. Refunds & Australian Consumer Law
We comply with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a refund or remedy if a Product is faulty, misdescribed, or otherwise fails to meet a consumer guarantee under the ACL. Subject to those rights, we do not offer refunds for change of mind unless expressly stated on the sales page. Voluntary refunds (if any) will be detailed for each Product.

5. Payments & Subscriptions

a) Payments – You authorise us (and our payment processors) to charge your nominated payment method for all fees at the time of purchase. 

b) Subscriptions & Payment Plans – If you purchase on a recurring or instalment basis, you agree to complete all payments in the plan or subscription period. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled in writing before the renewal date. You may cancel future renewals at any time, but past or current instalments remain payable. 

c) Failed Payments – If a payment fails, we may suspend your access until payments are brought up to date. Repeated failure to pay may result in termination of access. 

6. Intellectual Property & Licence of Use
All Products and materials are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. When you purchase, you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Product for your own business or personal purposes. You must not share, resell, reproduce, or distribute the Product to others. Team members or additional users require separate licences. 

7. Testimonials & Submissions
If you voluntarily submit testimonials, reviews, or feedback (including via social media), you grant us a non-exclusive licence to use that content in our marketing and promotional materials. We will seek specific permission if we wish to use your image, video, or personal story in a way not reasonably anticipated.

8. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies your rights under the ACL. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for breach of these Terms or any statutory guarantee is limited, at our option, to resupplying the Product or refunding the amount paid. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss.

9. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, cyberattacks, supply chain disruptions, or labour disputes.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Disputes will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that State and the Commonwealth of Australia. We encourage you to contact us first to resolve disputes before pursuing external remedies.

11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on our website at the time of your purchase will apply to that transaction.
